Who Is This Bootcamp For?

Senior Engineers aiming for Staff / Tech Lead roles

Ideal for aspiring leaders who want to step into wider scope, build confidence, and adopt proven practices used in top engineering organizations.

Tech Leads, Staff and Principal Engineers

For established leaders who want to sharpen their craft, learn techniques from world-class companies, and expand their influence at org scale.

Early-Stage CTOs

CTOs in startups or early-stage companies who are still close to the technology but increasingly responsible for technical direction, team growth, and key strategic decisions.

What Participants Will Learn

By the end of the bootcamp participants will be able to:

Drive High-Impact Decisions

Make strong technical decisions using structured frameworks and clear decision artifacts.

Guide Architecture Evolution

Lead architectural change across teams and domains with shared direction.

Align Organizations on Strategy

Build alignment on technical priorities and trade-offs across stakeholders.

Communicate with Product & Leadership

Craft narratives and proposals that connect technical strategy to business outcomes.

Grow Engineers & Scale Impact

Mentor, delegate, and raise the bar so teams scale beyond individual contribution.
