Javier Turégano
Hi, I'm Javier Turegano. I have more than 25 years of experience in technology, first as an engineer and consultant, and later leading engineering teams in high-growth, innovative multinational companies.
I have led local and remote teams across 9 countries, working in product, platform, and infrastructure contexts with a constant focus on people, culture, and outcomes.

My work has focused on scaling engineering organizations and developing technical and people leadership.

Passion for sharing
One of my passions is continuous learning and the communities built around shared knowledge.
This is the fourth edition of the Bootcamp, with great success in Valencia and Melbourne (Australia). I have spoken at more than 30 conferences and meetups around the world, and I collaborate as a trainer for emerging technology leaders.
