Bootcamp Terms & Conditions
These terms govern participation in Turegano.net bootcamps.
1. Definitions
The Participant: the individual or legal entity that contracts the services described in the invoice and participates in the bootcamps. If multiple participants are enrolled under the same invoice, the obligations are understood to be joint and several.
The Provider: Francisco Javier Turégano Molina, independent professional, responsible for the organization and delivery of the bootcamps.
Turegano.net Bootcamps: the set of training programs organized by the Provider and published on www.turegano.net, which currently include the Engineering Manager Bootcamp and the Staff Engineer Bootcamp, as well as any other training program that may be offered in the future under this brand.
Services: the training services provided by the Provider, as described on www.turegano.net and in the corresponding invoice.
Invoice: the document issued by the Provider for the provision of the Services.
2. Registration
To enroll in a Turegano.net Bootcamp, the Participant must:
- Complete the registration form available at www.turegano.net.
- Expressly accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
- Submit the registration form.
After receiving the request, the Provider will email the payment information and, where applicable, confirmation of any discounts.
The seat is not confirmed until full payment is received or as expressly indicated on the invoice.
3. Payment
The bootcamp fee must be paid within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the invoice issuance, unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is a mandatory condition to confirm the seat.
If payment is not received within the stated period, the Provider reserves the right to release the seat.
4. Discounts
- Early Bird: for registrations confirmed and paid before the stated deadline.
- Group discount for participants from the same company.
- Other specific discounts duly communicated.
Unless expressly stated, discounts are not cumulative.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation by the Participant
The Participant may request cancellation under these conditions:
- More than 20 calendar days before the start: refund of the amount paid, retaining 25% for management and organization costs.
- Between 20 and 10 calendar days before the start: refund of 50% of the amount paid.
- Less than 10 calendar days before the start: no refund due to organizational costs and commitments.
In all cases, cancellation must be requested in writing to the contact email indicated.
The Participant may, with prior notice and approval from the Provider, transfer their seat to another person, provided they meet the bootcamp profile.
Cancellation by the Provider
The Provider reserves the right to cancel a bootcamp up to 5 calendar days before its start for organizational reasons, force majeure, or insufficient minimum participants.
In such case, the Participant may choose between:
- Full refund of the amounts paid, or
- A seat in another Turegano.net Bootcamp, if accepted by the Participant.
6. Participant obligations
The Participant agrees to:
- Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Participate respectfully and professionally.
- Not record or photograph sessions without express authorization.
- Not share or reproduce bootcamp materials without permission.
- Comply with these Terms & Conditions and the Code of Conduct.
- Respect applicable legal regulations.
7. Provider obligations
The Provider agrees to:
- Provide the Services as described on the invoice and at www.turegano.net.
- Act with reasonable diligence and professionalism.
- Use best efforts to ensure a high-quality training experience.
8. Intellectual property
All materials, content, and documentation provided are the property of the Provider.
The Participant receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal use.
Reproduction, distribution, or transfer of the materials without express authorization is prohibited.
9. Contract termination
Either party may terminate the contract immediately in case of:
- Serious breach of obligations.
- Non-payment.
- Conduct incompatible with the Code of Conduct.
The termination does not affect accrued financial obligations.
10. Data protection
Personal data processing will comply with GDPR and LOPDGDD.
Data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy available at www.turegano.net.
The Participant guarantees they have the necessary consents when providing third-party data.
11. Image use
The Participant authorizes the Provider to take photographs and recordings during the bootcamp and to use them for promotional purposes (website, social media, and corporate materials).
This authorization may be revoked in writing before the event begins.
12. Code of Conduct
Turegano.net Bootcamps promote a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Harassment, discrimination, offensive language, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. Violations may result in expulsion without refund.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
The parties submit to the Courts of Valencia, unless mandatory rules state otherwise.
