Bootcamp Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is handled for Turegano.net bootcamps.

The Controller undertakes to process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

2. Applicable law

This Privacy Policy is governed by: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

3. Personal data collected

Personal data that may be collected includes, among others: full name, email address, contact phone number, company and role (if provided), information necessary for invoicing, and data provided through the registration form on www.turegano.net, email or communications related to Turegano.net Bootcamps. No specially sensitive data is collected unless the data subject voluntarily provides it in specific contexts (for example, during group activities).

4. Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: a) managing registration and participation in Turegano.net Bootcamps; b) providing the contracted training services; c) managing communications related to the bootcamps (logistics, content, changes, etc.); d) sending payment information, confirming applicable discounts, and handling invoicing; e) complying with legal and tax obligations; f) sending information about future editions or related content, when express consent exists. The data subject may unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time.

5. Legal basis for processing

The legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract for the management of Turegano.net Bootcamps and service delivery; the data subject’s consent for informational or promotional communications; and compliance with legal, tax, accounting, and administrative obligations.

6. Data recipients

Personal data may only be shared with service providers necessary for managing Turegano.net Bootcamps (for example, payment tools, email, or information storage) and with public administrations when legally required. Data will not be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. International data transfers

If tools or providers located outside the European Economic Area are used, transfers will be ensured to comply with GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or other equivalent legal mechanisms).

8. Data retention

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, while a contractual relationship or valid consent exists, and for the legally required periods to comply with tax and legal obligations.

9. Data subject rights

The data subject may exercise at any time the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. To exercise these rights, a request can be sent by email to curso-em@turegano.net, clearly indicating the right to be exercised. The data subject also has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider the processing does not comply with regulations.

10. Data security

The Controller adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.

11. Use of images and recordings

During Turegano.net Bootcamps, photographs and recordings may be taken for training and promotional purposes, in line with the Terms and Conditions. The data subject may object to this use by notifying the Controller before the start of the event.

12. Policy updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available at www.turegano.net.
